Trainers Edge Personal Trainers helps their clients and our members get healthy in a number of different ways. Being functionally fit is very important in many of our member’s lives and helping our clients or members get healthy and fit so they can perform everyday activities without pain or discomfort is one of our main goals.
Our trainers have worked with and will work with all age groups from high-school athletes to business men and women, and house wives and stay at home dads.
We have many options available for someone that is looking for Personal Training. One on One with your own trainer for and hour or half hour. You have the option of working out with a friend or spouse if you want the encouragement and accountability. We even have the availability of working with small groups from 3-5 people. This makes it fun and affordable.
Our Trainer’s are the best in the area and we use many different protocols for helping our clients reach their goals. The methods each trainer uses is different, we also use different types of personal training. Becky Himes one of the owners uses Chair Pilates to change things up, create that tight core in her clients male or female.
