For the first person and first story I want to be the one to show you that changing your diet (even if you think you are eating healthy) and adding Shaklee’s Cinch Protein and products can do for someone that didn’t need to lose a lot of weight but helped lean me out and create more lean muscle.
Before getting sick – 210 lbs and pretty healthy with a lot of lean muscle. After being laid up for 2 week in my house and being in the hospital for 3 weeks I went to 163 lbs. Little by little I gained my weight back, however, it was mostly fat as I lost a lot of my lean muscle due to not being able to work out. I was at 203 with 12.8% body fat. With changing my diet and then adding the Cinch I went to my lowest of 194lbs and now gained back 4lbs of muscle and I am at 198lbs and lost 4.5 inches around my hips and 2 inches around my belly. I didn’t think I needed to lose any weight, but I was wrong. I lost a few pounds, gained more of my muscle back and best of all I am feeling better than I ever.

Here is another great story. Michelle’s is a little different. Being depressed, and feeling defeated with the way she felt, and looked Michelle’s husband did only what he could. He found her a Trainer. He set up a session with Becky for his wife and from there it was a great fit. However, life happens and she had to stop coming and since she couldn’t see Becky anymore she took Becky’s advise in changing up her diet. With that knowledge and a determination she lost 55 lbs.
